Colombian Coffee - 65% Dark Chocolate - Limited Batch

Factory Coffee is an awesome local coffee shop here in Kalamazoo. I had the idea to take their Colombian Coffee and pair it with my Colombian Chocolate to make a delicious chocolate coffee infusion. (read more about the coffee here)

The Colombian chocolate based is very straight forward with standard notes of cocoa which allows the notes from the coffee to shine through. Toffee and White Grapes come through like fireworks. Truly an incredible bar and an instant favorite in my household.

Small batch chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature so the chocolate can quickly melt and coat your taste buds.
