The coffee beans used for this limited batch are from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. This years batch of coffee was from a selection of women producers. The coffee is incredible and this bar is delicious and complex.

The coffee flavor comes through balanced but coffee forward. There is also a hint of lemon that is very subtle.

Small batch chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature so the chocolate can quickly melt and coat your taste buds.
