Venezuelan, Chuao - 80% Dark Chocolate - Limited Batch

For this limited origin, I once again partnered with Iliad Cacao. Iliad connected with a farm in Venezuela that boasts one of the few pure Criollo  varieties in the world. Iliad suggested this bar be made as an 80% bar due to it's low bitterness and bright fruity notes. I was pleasantly surprised by how loud the fruity notes are even at 80%. More health benefits without the bitterness!

Small batch chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature so the chocolate can quickly melt and coat your taste buds.
