Witt's Maple Sugar - 70% Dark Chocolate - Limited Batch

Witt's Maple sells at the Kalamazoo Farmers Market. For this years fall flavor I decided to swap out the sugar in the Colombian chocolate for some of Witt's maple sugar.

Maple sugar is slightly lower on the glycemic index and it adds a maple-y touch. To mix things up, these bars are also dusted with maple sugar. Enjoy!

Small batch chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature so the chocolate can quickly melt and coat your taste buds.
